Chief Bratton, who first suggested Britney and others needing "psychiatric services" should just stay home, says such an ordinance would be impossible to enforce and would open up the police to charges of favoritism based on who was considered a celebrity or a paparazzo.
The law just won't work.

Actor William Petersen has agreed to return to CBS long running show CSI. Petersen, who is already an executive producer of the hit show, will do fewer episodes but will be making a whopping $600,000 and episode.
This is good news, he is CSI Las Vegas. Without him you may as well watch CSI Miami.
