Too little, too late...
They should have just kept their network up, instead of having to spend tons of money to fix it. I think it might be too late for ATT's image now.

Toyota may cut 2009 output to 6.5 million units - MarketWatch
"HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- Toyota Motor Corp. plans to cut its global
production to 6.5 million vehicles this year, down 20% from the 8.21 million
units it produced in 2008, according to a Japanese media report Monday."
Now this really is a bad economic sign.
