"Kelly Clarkson is putting her tour back on track. After scrapping the summer
version due to poor ticket sales, Clarkson will instead hit North American
arenas with special guest Jon McLaughlin, beginning Oct. 10 in New York, PEOPLE
has learned. Shows are set through Dec. 3 in Nashville"

This is good news for Kelly, and I really like it when I can report good news about Kelly. She rocks.

sometimes but, in the end, it’s respect and admiration that will keep us
together. A lot has been made in the press about my relationship with Clive.
Much of this has been blown way out of proportion and taken out of context.
Contrary to recent characterizations in the press, I’m well aware that Clive is
one of the great record men of all time. He has been a key advisor and has been
an important force in my success to date. He has also given me respect by
releasing my new album when he was not obligated to do so. I really regret how
this has turned out and I apologize to those whom I have done disservice. I
would never intentionally hurt anyone. I love music, and I love the people I am
blessed to work with. I am happy that my team is behind me and I look forward to
the future.”"

While it might not be the "I'm Sorry", that a lot of people would have liked to have heard, this might mean an end to the fighting between Kelly and Clive.

"Kelly Clarkson admitted during an USA Weekend interview that she once
tried a marijuana cookie while visiting Amsterdam. Since her visit, she has
remained “oregano-free”. She also went onto say that she has never tried any
drugs (besides that cookie) and would never consider it."

Shame shame shame... Ok honestly though, this is a tempest in a tea pot, its not like she is a pothead = like Paris Hilton. She tried some pot brownies, move on, there is nothing to see here. Of course it does add a little more meaning to how she plans on breaking away.

It really wasn't a good idea for Kelly to trash her boss, he may be old, but it is his job to decide what he thinks is going to sell on his label. If he is wrong, then he suffers, if he is right than his company is a success. I am unsure of her contract details, but if she is unhappy with his leadership, she can choose a new label.

Her new album debuted at number 2, before dropping to number 3 this week. It seems that the trouble that she was having that had some predicting the end of her career were temporary and she is going on as strong as ever. Here she talks about how she had to fight for some of her best songs. I am glad that she fought for what she knew was right artistically. She is looking hot again too.

Sadly it appears that our friend Kelly is having a lot of problems with her album and her concert tour. I hope that this is just a lull in her career and that she can bounce back.
