Then turn around and refuse to leave the green zone without a private army of heavily armed security officials. When I think about health care it seems like it is too big to be managed in a way that covers everyone, and encourages innovation. When you put a limit on costs and profits you limit the talent pool that is drawn to the industry, it will either go to other countries or industries with higher incomes. If you don't limit the price, you can only make it affordable by covering expense no matter how much they are. That would reduce the need for savings and cause prices to inflate even higher. This might be a strong plan, I don't know enough about it yet, but I have my doubts.

It doesn't have to happen, and being hold honest and up front about the potential for the use of force is what is needed. It could not only help prevent the escalation, but if force is resorted to at least it isn't a surprise. Every party should understand what is on the table and what needs to be done.

If Britney is as clean and sober as she has been telling people, this shouldn't be hard for her. I think this was a good ruling on the part of the judge. There has been so much out there in the media, that the only way to know what is true it to set tests and find out. Personally I don't think that Britney is on drugs, I just think that she is crazy and a little too country.
A judge in the Brit/KFed custody battle has ordered that Brit must be tested for
controlled substances and booze twice a week.
The judge feels that "there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by Britney."

the jury at the trial is reportedly split 7-5. The judge said that he might give
them new instruction such as the option of weighing a possible manslaughter
charge. Right now they were instructed to only consider a second degree murder.
Looks like he is going to get away with murder. After two weeks, the jury can't settle on a verdict. Juries are funny things, sometimes they get the picture and sometimes they don't. This seems like such a clear case, at least to me.

How is it that they do not search the area, even just investigation on the accident scene, if done properly should have lead to the discovery of the bodies. This is bad police work.

Bill crossed the line when he called them facist and Nazi. However his point is solid, the left did launch an attack against Elisabeth for her comments. I posted the letter on this site just a couple days ago. The letter was all the things that O'Reilly said it was, demeaning and belittling and telling her not to insult the left. It says that they have supported her, so she has to support them, with the implication that they could stop supporting her and John. Speaking of John where is that bitch, these people are attacking his wife and he has said nothing, what a wimp.

It concerns me that the situation appears to be so tense right now. Just the right spark could set of a war with Iran, would France come into the war, and would it play a part in Iraq? The standard argument I have given is that Iraq would spiral further out of control. It could be that force from Iran would be cut off or diverted, and the Iraqis faced with an open threat could unite to stand against Iran. America would be involved for sure, Israel would be dragged into the conflict by the Iranians and the Saudis could also play a role in the conflict. Oil all around the region would dip in production.

Google has taken a new step in its march on Microsoft, right now the software is still weak, but I think that it will get stronger and better.
