That may be the saddest part of this whole story, that this young girls life could have been saved if she had known it was a joke. She never got to know who the person that put her down really was. Not another child, but a sick adult.
"The story of Megan Meier, the 13-year-old who killed herself after
being abruptly dissed by a MySpace suitor who turned out to be the sick creation
of her ex-friend's mother, has hit the national news circuit full-force.

for the one who turns to his friends and says, 'that's her',' reads the headline
-- and above the parents tell Matt Lauer how it all happened on Today."
That may be the saddest part of this whole story, that this young girls life could have been saved if she had known it was a joke. She never got to know who the person that put her down really was. Not another child, but a sick adult.

Scott Baio is a dad at Celebrity Cowboy:
Congrats Scott....
"Scott Baio is a new dad! Baio, 45 and his fiance Renee Sloan, 35, gave birth to
a little girl on November 2nd. Don’t ask me why it’s already the 20th and I’m
only learning about it this morning. Maybe I’m slow on the draw or maybe the
press doesn’t consider Baio’s news to be significant. The baby, a preemie,
weighed in at 5 pounds, 10 ounces. No word yet on a name."
Congrats Scott....
