A couple in Oregon are being charged for attempting have have sex with a child. According to authorities the couple believed they were exchanging drugs for sex with a child. When they arrived to meet the child, they were met instead by a Federal law-enforcement officer. Christopher Dudley, 27, and Rhea Hamm, 22, had made the arrangement on the Internet to have sex with a five-year-old girl, but they were part of a sting. The officer pretended to be the father of a five-year-old girl, the couple talked about previous sexual encounters with an eight-year-old girl. When told that she should not participate if she did not want to, Hamm told the undercover officer that she wanted it.
