"Britney Spears’ custody standoff may be defined as a hostage situation that
could result in her arrest. Officers rode in the ambulance with Britney which
means she is technically in police custody. The seriousness of the matter
involves the time she was alone with Jayden in the house. He was taken to the ER
by the police and realized a few hours ago to Kevin."
Even by Hollywood's standards of justice, I don't see how she can not face charges for what happened at her home. I bet the Four Seasons is thanking what ever higher power they believe in that they kicked her ass out. It would have been even worse a mess if it had happened there.
