Man found guilty of murders in Calif. rail crash (AP)

LOS ANGELES - A man who claimed he was attempting suicide when he triggered a 2005 rail disaster was convicted Thursday of 11 counts of first-degree murder and could face the death penalty.

This is an interesting story, he wanted to die so he parked on the train tracks. He wanted to live so he ran at the last moment. The train crashed and people died. Now the state is going to try and put him to death. Wasn't that what he wanted to begin with?
