It really wasn't a good idea for Kelly to trash her boss, he may be old, but it is his job to decide what he thinks is going to sell on his label. If he is wrong, then he suffers, if he is right than his company is a success. I am unsure of her contract details, but if she is unhappy with his leadership, she can choose a new label.
