celebrity nation: Baby Spice has baby boy

celebrity nation: Baby Spice has baby boy:

"Spice Girl Emma Bunton and her boyfriend welcomed their first child, a
boy, in London this morning. Beau, which means 'beautiful' in French, was born
at 7 lbs, 15 oz at 11:12 a.m. 'He is absolutely brilliant, and both baby and
Emma are doing fine. In fact Emma is tucking into some flapjacks and Cola-Cola
as we speak,' said Jade Jones, Bunton's longtime boyfriend and dad to baby Beau.
'We are both absolutely delighted and can't wait to take Beau home.'"

Congratulations to her and her family.

Brit Versus Brits

A Socialite's Life: Brit Versus Brits

"Britney is going head to head, again, with Posh Spice as she battles for the
headliner position for 'Fashion Rocks.' The show that combines runways full of
models wearing the crème de la crème of fashion world with music, is seeking a
main act. Brit's people say that she is ready to prove she is back. ( I must
have missed the memo.) "

Who is it going to be, The Spice Girls or Britney Spears - wait is this 1998? I would say that Victoria is always a better bet if it is an event that has to do with fashion. Victoria has some great fashion, and she will be an asset to the show. Britney on the other hand is lacking in that department.

Allie Is Wired - The Entertainment Blog: Spice Girls To Reunite

Allie Is Wired - The Entertainment Blog: Spice Girls To Reunite:

"Rumor has it that the female pop sensation of the '90's will be
spicing up our lives once more with a reunion tour this Christmas season. Ginger
and Baby Spice have been writing new material, and they want to take it
worldwide. Baby Spice just has to get un-pregnant first. People's source reports
that all the girls have signed on, even though Melanie Chisholm was a little
reluctant at first because of her 'solo career'. (Melanie Chisholm has a solo
career? Maybe it's in the UK.)"

I never really listened to the Spice Girls, but my impression of them is that they were a group that was more popular for their looks than their music. I guess they could get together, except some of them aren't hot anymore.
