formally booked on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and
hit-and-run stemming from a car crash last May."
This is just a process that she needs to go through, I hope that she can get a better break than Paris Hilton. Lohan has taken steps to get better that Paris has taken. What ever comes though, I know that Lindsay is strong enough that she can deal with it and her career will survive.
