In the papers, the state lists the crimes allegedly committed by the defendants
as follows: Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping,
Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, First Degree Kidnapping with Use of a Deadly
Weapon, Robbery with Use of a Deadly Weapon, Assault with a Deadly Weapon and
Coercion with Use of a Deadly Weapon.
This is starting to look way more serous than I had first thought it was. Kidnapping, if half of these charges stick, OJ is going to see at least some amount of jail time. That is of course if they can prove the case against him. There are rumors that Marcia Clark has come to Las Vegas to watch the trial.
