This is a case of someone being reckless and stupid. This new information makes matters worse, but not that much worse than when we just knew that they were racing. It is a culture of speed, and disregard for others safety.

"The Tampa Tribune reported a letter was sent to Bollea informing him
Monday of the one-year suspension. He also received a letter telling him he has
to pay a fine for driving 106 mph during the crash, if we wants to prevent his
license from being suspended indefinitely. The amount of the fine was not
known."

He's not the one that will need nursing care for the rest of their lives, that would be his friend. I hope the Hogans are paying for his care.

These claims were made last month, but in respect of the recent accident to reflects that Nick Hogan just might be a dangerous driver.

I hope that his health improves, the Hogan family will no doubt be sued by the young man's lawyers. This is a sad event, but the boy should have known the danger. Nick should not have been speeding on that road like that, but this boy knew the dangers of being in the car with him..

Nick likes to drive fast, really fast and this isn't the first time that he has had encounters with the law because of his driving. I get the fact that he is a professional driver, but part of being a pro is knowing when something is appropriate and when it isn't.

First of all it is good to hear that he is doing well. However this must mean that he is going to become a bigger star. Isn't wrecking a car, or other driving problem, part of the process of entering the A list in Hollywood now?
