"Maggie Gyllenhaal has firmly put to rest any speculation that her role in the
upcoming Batman sequel is meant to fill the shoes of Katie Holmes. 'I'm not
walking into Katie Holmes's performance,' the Sherrybaby actress says. 'I'm
thinking of it as an opportunity to play somebody who's alive and smart. Chris
[Nolan] asked me to do this because he wanted me, not because he wants some
generic lady in a dress.'"
This is great news, I think of course that Maggie is a beautiful womyn and look forward to seeing more of her in her new projects.
