Spears being served with a subpoena by Kevin Federline's camp to testify in his
custody suit against Brit - and here it is! As you'll see, Alli really blew her
stack when they dropped the papers on her, vociferously claiming that she never
touched them before confronting the process server face-to-face as he talked to
our cameraman. She tries to put on a brave face for the cameras before driving
away, but it might have been a futile gesture - by that point, the damage had
been done!"
Great video of Alli getting served with papers. I love the line, "who gets served at three o'clock in the morning?", and the guy answers, "Alli Sims just got served at three o'clock in the morning". At least I think she did, she didn't take it from him, he threw it in the car, she tried to claim that she wasn't served.
