Fred has a point here, I don't see any where in the constitution that gives congress the right to get involved in family matters. She was brain dead, it was a sad choice that had to be made by the family, the fact that it turned into a political movement is sad. Someone once told me they hadn't forgiven Bush for letting her die. Fred wins a point in my book.
