"LOS ANGELES, Calif. (August 14, 2007) – A woman involved in the Lindsay Lohan
car chase, that resulted in a second DUI arrest for the starlet last month,
filed a lawsuit against the actress earlier today. Tracie Rice, who claims to
have been a passenger in the car Lohan was allegedly chasing on the morning of
July 24, filed an assault and negligence lawsuit against Lohan in Los Angeles
Superior Court."
This is stupid, of course we all know that the things she has done were dangerous and unacceptable. However, this sounds like an attempt to make money from Lindsay, if this were any other person this case wouldn't be put through. This isn't post dramatic stress disorder, she was in the car while Lindsay was chasing her, if she is really that traumatised, she must never leave the house.
