"There are rumblings that Spears directed her bodyguard to go after the
photographer, who suffered minor injuries during the fracas Thursday near the
spa at Wynn.If it can be proved that Spears conspired or was involved in the
“vicarious liability” for the action of her bodyguard, she can be charged.
Spears’ security officer, Cesar Julio Camera, was cited for misdemeanor
battery after detectives from Metro’s violent crimes section investigated the
incident."
I often find myself wondering if things could get any worse for Britney, and then they do. It is sad really, at this point her life is in such chaos that I think even she is a victim of it.
