"'Lynne barged into the house and insisted on taking the kids out to spend some
private time with them,' an insider told the tab. 'She didn't ask or suggest,
she demanded!' says the insider. 'Then she began denigrating Britney's mothering
skills and losing her temper at the same time!'"
Britney and her mom have been having problems for some time, but it turns out that according to reports to Star Magazine the restraining order was issued as a result of a knock down drag out fight between Britney and her mom. This happened in the middle of June, when Lynne came to Britney's and demanded that she be able to take the kids.
