This of course is the worst that could happen. It is true that judges don't favor those who have priors, and very recent priors. I doubt she will get the six years, but even if she gets half the time, three years it could spell her end. It would not only brand her in as trouble, but three years away from the media is three years for another star to develop and for the industry to forget about her.
I don't enjoy saying this, but this honestly could be the end of her career.
