Look's like the Lohan family has put everyone to work on spin control. This new detail combined with the fact that another witness said that there were a number of people at the scene is interesting. According to the police, the two were engaged in an argument when they arrived, and they determined that Lohan had been driving under the influence. It is possible that she wasn't driving, which begs the question why it has taken so long for that to come out, and what made the police think that she was.
