Councilman Dennis Gallagher, a married father of two, turned himself in after a grand jury came back with the 10-count indictment on rape and assault charges. In testimony before the grand jury this week, he acknowledged an encounter with the 52-year-old woman but said it was consensual. "
I almost don't want to post stories like this anymore because it doesn't say anything about the republican party in my book. I am not a republican, but it isn't because of the immoral behavior of this leader or the many others who have been arrested. immorality is perhaps the only really bipartisan issue in congress right now.
Why do I post it, because the public should know what kind of leaders they have in office.
