Under these proposed changes most feeding of the poor in Dallas would be illegal. This isn't a liberal move or a conservative move by government. It is a sick and twisted attack on the poor and the people who reach out to help them.

This is by far the most clear, and best point, I have read regarding the whole Birther scandal. Truth is he could have done this four years ago, and he didn't. He may have had a good reason, but I don't see what it could have been. Also I doubt he does anything for less than political reasons.
Time and time again he has failed to take action when it was needed.

Maybe it should be a part of taxes, an extra fee you have to pay. But it sounds like the fire department is working outside its district.
