UN Security Counsel Expands UN Role In Iraq Air America Radio:

"The UN will have a bigger role in Iraq. United Nation Security Counsel voted on
a resolution, which would authorize the UN to facilitate political dialogue,
help with elections and settle border disputes. "

This is going to be a good step for Iraq I think. There are no better people in the world to settle this agreement between the parties in Iraq than the UN. What America does well is over throw governments, and what the UN does well is create governments.
