"LOS ANGELES, Calif. (September 24, 2007) – On Friday, the LA City’s Attorney’s
Office charged pop star Britney Spears with two criminal misdemeanor counts.
Spears was charged one count of hit and run causing property damage and one
count of driving without a valid California driver’s license."
She may be joining the jail alumni crowd, with Paris and Nicole. Not only did she hit the car, and flee, it turns out that she did not have a licence to drive in California.
