How can this be correct behavior for police officers?

I find it hard to believe that anyone would think that this is ok. One for cops to attack someone, when they are unclothed - even if they said they were cops. If a bunch of people jumped out of a van and grabbed me, and said they were cops I sure wouldn't just take their word for it.

Two for them to attack a child. I guess there is some debate about how old she is. But she is cleary young enough they should not have been grabbing her from off her property.

Then they follow this all up with an arrest for assaulting an officer because she resisted. This is wrong from top to bottom.

As it turned out, the three men were plain-clothed Galveston police officers who had been called to the area regarding three white prostitutes soliciting a white man and a black drug dealer.
