"She met and married her first husband, Peyton Bray, at the University of Pennsylvania. By 19 she was pregnant. Then she discovered her husband had bipolar disorder (he later committed suicide) and they were divorced before she graduated. Back at home with her parents, Allred took Bray to court for child support. He was eventually jailed for non-payment.
In 1966 she was raped at gunpoint by a doctor in Mexico. 'I didn't tell the authorities at the time,' she writes in her book, 'because I didn't think they'd believe an American girl against a well-known and respected doctor.'' When she discovered she was pregnant she had an illegal abortion that almost killed her. She was rushed to the hospital, bleeding, and writes: 'I
remember one nurse saying, 'This will teach you a lesson.''
In 1968 she married second husband, Raymond Allred. (They were divorced in
1987.)
At 30, she began studying law and working voluntarily for the National Organization for Women, meeting rape victims who had been too scared to speak out. On the walls of her office in L.A. are pictures of Martin Luther King, suffragette rallies, Amelia Earhart and César Chávez.
She is 66 years old and 5 foot 3.
Gloria Allred doesn't have time for dudes. Some gentleman asked her out recently and she says she told him ''I don't think that I can make time for a relationship. I don't know where that would fit into my life.' He's a perfectly nice person. He was really shocked. He said to me, 'Are you attached?' and I said, 'Yes, I'm attached to my work.''"

This is Kevin Federline's secret weapon in his bitter custody battle with ex-wife Britney Spears. His known only as Tony, and he was formerly one of Britney's most trusted bodyguards - until she fired him earlier this year. Tony was by Britney's side constantly during her "breakdown" period, and is therefore in an excellent position to give the court his opinions on her abilities as a mother, and according to news reports may even have seen her doing drugs in front of her two young sons! Tony is being repped by famed attorney Gloria Allred, and he gave his testimony this morning. This thing's really heating up!

Turns out that the secret weapon is a body guard. I was hoping that it was going to be her manny, we never see him with her anymore. The body guard would have plenty of information that he could spill about Brit, if that information is out there. Who ever is working with Kevin, may be trying to make a case in the media more than the court room. Why was the body guard a secret witness for example?

"Britney Spears could lose custody of her two children as early as Monday
morning. LA attorney Gloria Allred is bringing a 'secret' witness to court on
Monday for the custody battle between Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Allred filed a signed declaration from the witness, described only as a man
who's had close observation of Spears's behavior with her kids. The judge in the
closed-hearing case is in possession of the declaration does not have to rule on
it; he can simply read it and enter it into the case's existing papers. The only
way the witness would testify is under cross examination. In other words, the
declaration has already served as testimony. It would only be if Spears's side
decided to question that the witness would be asked to speak. The witness will
be in court with Allread at 8:30 a.m., and could blow the popstar's chances of
keeping Sean Preston and Jayden James. Allred has kept the witness's identity a
'secret' so as not to start a publicity war. But when the declaration was filed
on Friday, Spears and her attorney Laura Wasser would have learned his name.
'You may recognize him as we walk into court,' Allred says of the witness. 'But
maybe not. He is not famous. He's just someone who's concerned about the kids.'"

Alright start the guessing game, who is it? Not someone famous... but someone we might recognize, isn't that a bit of a contrary statement. Does she mean he isn't a celebrity? Is it one of the kids? Maybe one of the body guards, could it be her manny? That is who I think it is. Any guesses.

TMZ reports that lawyer Gloria Allred has a "secret witness" that wants to
testify in the Britney Spears/KFed custody battle, but is "afraid." This witness
wants to testify on September 17th. According to TMZ this witness is male.
Gloria is on her way now to tell the judge that he's intimidated, but wants to
testify.

Last week KFed's attorney tried to bring in his own secret
witness, but the judge threw it out saying "we don't do secret witnesses."

Britney's lawyer said, "With all due respect to Ms. Allred, she's
attempting to bring her own ring to what was already a three ring circus."

I am just shocked that it took so long for Gloria to get herself into this circus. It isn't clear if this is a witness for or against Britney. If it is a male, my logic tells me that it is someone who is against Britney. Does Britney need more people against her? I love that last line about Allred trying to add another ring to the circus. That is exactly what she did to the Scott Peterson case.

delivering a subpoena to the rehabilitation facility attended by his ex Britney
Spears. According to a source familiar with the proceedings, Promises Treatment
Center was served with a subpoena Saturday morning. This is the fourth subpoena
doled out by the Federline team in the singer's increasingly high-profile
custody battle. "

Either Kevin is trying to create hype in these moves, or he is sure that these people are going to be saying things that are damaging for Britney. I didn't know you could subpoena a rehab facility. This girl needs to talk to Gloria Allred
