punctual, dress appropriately and have good personal hygiene,” says Chao."
While I will give him that there are a lot of lazy workers in America that don't know how to show up to work on time, I don't know where this idea that American workers are dirty comes from. There are also a great deal of hard workers, who know the value of work in America, I think more often than not it is not workers that let companies down, it is companies that let workers down. Many of the workers who are lazy and choose to not be punctual, do so because of mistreatment by management in either current or former jobs.
